Privacy Policy

What stays between you and God.

Effective October 5, 2026

EverPray is made by QuaintInc LLC (“QuaintInc,” “we,” “us”). Your prayers are personal. This policy explains what information the EverPray app collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

The short version: we use your information only to run EverPray for you. We never sell it, we never use it for advertising, and we don’t allow your prayers to be used to train AI models. You can export or delete your data at any time.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles.

AI-written prayers

EverPray uses OpenAI to write prayers. When you create or regenerate a prayer, we send OpenAI the information needed to write it: your check-in answers and notes, the name you’d like to be called, your faith tradition and prayer-ending preferences, the length you chose, and any details you add. We don’t send your email address or account details.

Under OpenAI’s API terms, content sent through its API is not used to train OpenAI’s models. OpenAI may keep it for a limited period to monitor for abuse, and then deletes it. We don’t allow any of our providers to use your prayers to train AI models.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run EverPray, only as much as they need, and under contracts that limit how they can use it:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the safety of EverPray users or others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. In that case the new owner would remain bound by this policy.

How we protect your information

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to what’s needed to run EverPray, and our database rules let each account see only its own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you as the law requires if a breach affects you.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your prayers and personal information from our systems within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within a further 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something longer (for example, purchase records).

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including Texas, California, and the European Economic Area and UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to appeal our decision on a request. To use any of these rights, email support@everprayapp.com. We’ll verify your request and respond within the time the law allows, and we won’t treat you differently for making one. Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on performing our contract with you, your consent (which you can withdraw), and our legitimate interest in keeping EverPray safe and working.

Children

EverPray is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Where your information is stored

We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States. If you use EverPray from elsewhere, your information will be transferred there, with safeguards required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app before the changes take effect.
